This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and handled for all merchandise purchased through the official Nicky Re website.

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

• Processing time is typically 1–3 working days, but may be longer during high-demand periods (such as new releases or limited-edition drops).

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and again when it has been dispatched.

 

 

2. Shipping Options & Times

 

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, with international shipping to be introduced at a later date.

 

Estimated delivery times:

 

 

UK Delivery

 

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 working days

• Tracked Shipping: 1–3 working days

• Next Day Delivery: Available on select items when ordered before 12pm

 

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail or courier performance.)

 

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery method

• Order size/weight

• Shipping address

 

Where possible, we offer:

• Free delivery promotions

• Reduced shipping on smaller items (e.g., stickers, prints)

 

 

4. Digital Products

 

Some releases (e.g., downloads, exclusive content, early-access tracks) are delivered digitally.

Digital products are delivered instantly via email after purchase and do not incur shipping fees.

 

 

5. Pre-Order Items

 

From time to time we may offer pre-orders for new merchandise or music releases.

 

By purchasing a pre-order:

• You agree to the stated estimated release date

• Your order will ship once the item is available

• Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be held until all items are ready (unless otherwise stated)

 

 

6. Packaging

 

All items are packaged securely to protect them during shipping.

Where possible, we use environmentally friendly packaging.

 

 

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is delayed or returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

 

 

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

• Any additional border fees
