REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled for purchases made through the official Nicky Re website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 

 

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility (Physical Items)

 

We accept returns for physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, prints, CDs, vinyl, accessories) within:

 

14 days of delivery

 

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• Packaging must be intact

• You must provide proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

 

 

2. Exclusions (Items That Cannot Be Returned)

 

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

 

• Digital products (downloads, digital music, exclusive content) once delivered

• Opened CDs/vinyl unless defective

• Gift cards or promo codes

• Personalised, customised, or limited-edition signed items

• Items bought during clearance or final sale, unless they are faulty

 

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

 

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

 

• Email info@nickyre.co.uk within 7 days of delivery

• Include photos of the issue and your order number

 

We will offer one of the following:

• Replacement

• Exchange

• Full refund

 

(Depending on stock availability.)

 

 

4. Refund Processing Time

 

Once your return is received and inspected:

 

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Processing usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

 

 

5. Cancellations

 

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

 

Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still request a return if eligible.

 

For pre-orders:

• You may cancel before the official release/dispatch date

• Once shipped, standard return rules apply

 

 

6. Digital Products

 

Due to the nature of digital content (e.g., downloadable tracks, early-access content, exclusive files), all digital sales are final once the product has been delivered.

 

This includes:

• MP3/WAV downloads

• Digital booklets

• Exclusive digital bonus content

• Early access purchases

 

Under UK law, by completing a digital purchase you agree for the content to be delivered immediately and waive your right to a 14-day refund window.

 

 

7. Exchanges

 

We can exchange physical items for a different size or variant if stock is available.

Customers pay return postage unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

 

 

8. Lost or Missing Parcels

 

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

• We will assist with tracking and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund

 

Lost parcel claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
